"Le Galait" war der erste Käse, der jungen Käserin Agnès Beroud, der in St-Imier (Berner Jura) in exklusiven Mengen, hergestellt wird. So wie er ausschaut, schmeckt er auch: perfekt gereift! Die Rohmilch für diesen herrlichen Käse kommt vom Mont Crosin (> 1000 M.ü.M), ist silofrei und Bergmilch zertifiziert. 
Nun produziert Agnes Beroud kleine Laibe Galait mit schwarzem Knoblauch. Eine - zumindest für mich - überraschend gute Kombination.
